Leading In and Exploring the Topic
l Ask the Ss to finish the listening exercise of Exploring the Topic on P176 of SB.
l Pair the students up to let them discuss the following questions:
1) Have you ever
8、hunted for a part-time job?
2) How did you prepare to meet the person in charge?
3) Who did you meet first? How did you feel then?
4) What questions were you asked?
5) What advice can you give to your classmates?
Section A Reading Through
l Prepare a PPT with all the text and its translatio
9、n on it and show it to the class.
l Ask the students to read and translate the text in turn sentence by sentence. Give help when necessary.
l Divide the class into groups of four. Ask each group to do a role-play of an interview. Three of the group members will act as the interviewers and ask th
10、e three essential questions listed in the text and the last one will be the interviewees and ask the three questions.
l Ask one or two groups to do the role-play in front of the class. Ask some students to give comment by telling the class what he has learned from the role-play and his suggestions
11、to improve the role-play.

l Ask some students to tell their answers to the class and explain why.
