6、開一把鎖”。班主任抓德育工作一定要從實際出發(fā),具體問題具體分析,把握學生的思想脈搏對癥下藥,把“心理醫(yī)生”工作做好、做活、做細,達到因人施教的目的和效果。2.循循善誘。班主任幫助后進生不能急于求成,對暫時后進的學生要注意尊重和愛護他們,既不傷害學生的自尊心,又達到教育目的。如我班一位同學有一次因與別人打架而使班級失去了學校的流動紅旗,拖了班級的后腿。我沒有訓斥,而是幫助他總結教訓、提高認識,并指出了努力方向。最后我真摯地對他說:“你因打架而影響了班級榮譽,拖了后腿,我知道你心里也很難過。不過,我從你的眼神中發(fā)現(xiàn),你是憋足了勁要為班級爭回榮譽的。”我接著問他:“你敢不敢向全班同學保證?”回答是肯

7、定的,效果也是理想的。班主任教育學生,要把良好的愿望和正確的德育方法結合起來,特別要遵循心理規(guī)律,注重心理輔導,通過教育使學生的思想問題得到解決。3.重視心理健康,做學生的心理“醫(yī)生”。由于部分學生心理素質脆弱,導致了各種心理障礙的存在:表現(xiàn)在學習上的緊張、焦慮乃至恐懼;表現(xiàn)在人際關系上的懷疑、孤僻、嫉妒;表現(xiàn)在社會關系上的自卑、失落、冷漠乃至失去生活樂趣,學習、生活等遇到挫折時,就心灰意冷、苦悶不安甚至消極態(tài)度等等。針對這些現(xiàn)象,平時我就開展了一些有利于培養(yǎng)學生心理素質的活動,如“學雷鋒、獻愛心”社區(qū)服務、勤工儉學社會實踐活動,讓他們在課外活動和社會實踐中理論聯(lián)系實際,培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代意識、競爭意識
