22、制周期短,便于設計、制造和使用維護,成本較低。因為通用化、系列化、標準化程度高,通用件可組織批量生產進行預先制造或外購。(5)自動化程度高,勞動強度較低。(6)配置靈活。因結構是橫塊化、組合化。可按照工件或工序要求,用大量通用部件和少量專用部件靈活組成各種類型的組合機床和自動線;機床便于改裝:產品或工藝發(fā)生變化時,通用部件一般還可以重復使用。 組合鉆床一般用于加工箱體類或特殊形狀等零件。加工時,工件一般不旋轉,由刀具的旋轉運動和刀具與工件的相對進給運動,來實現(xiàn)鉆孔、擴孔、锪孔、鉸孔、鏜孔等加工。有的組合機床采用車削頭夾持工件使之旋轉,由刀具作進給運動,也可對某些回轉體類零件(如飛輪、汽車后橋
23、半軸等)的外圓和端面加工。 組合機床一般采用多軸、多刀、多工序、多面或多工位同時加工的方式,生產效率比通用機床提高很多倍。由于通用部件已標準化和系列化,所以可根據需要靈活配置,就能縮短設計和制造周期。多軸箱是組合機床的核心通用部件。它是選用通用零件,是按專用要求進行設計的,在對組合機床設計的過程中,是工作量較大的部件之一。它根據組合機床設計的工序圖和加工示意圖所確定的工件加工孔的數(shù)量和位置,切削用量和主軸類型設計的傳遞各主軸運動的動力部件。多軸箱動力來自通用的動力箱,與動力箱一起安裝于進給滑臺,可完成鉆孔,絞孔等加工工序。根據需加工的零件尺寸進行組合機床通用多軸箱的設計,繪制多軸箱原始依據圖

25、成的組合機床的控制系統(tǒng),而目也使組合機床機械結構甚至通用部件標準發(fā)生了巨大的變化。2. 模塊化。數(shù)控加工模塊化極大地豐富了組合機床的通用部件,它一定會引起組合機床通用件發(fā)生根本性的變化,根據模塊化設計的原理,在功能分析的基礎上劃分了組合機床多軸箱的各級模塊。3. 高速化。由于高速加工可降低零件表面粗糙度及切削力,減小切削溫度,提高生產率,所以機床的高速化研究才剛剛開始,特別是數(shù)控機床的主運動和進給運動速度已達到了非常高的速度。順應機床高速化的潮流,組合機床的速度也會越來越高。4、精密化。因為機床實現(xiàn)了數(shù)控化,所以機床的加工精度越來越高。5、全防護化。全封閉式是現(xiàn)在機床的一個大的特點,幾乎所有的機械均采用全封閉的外罩。全封閉防護,不但使機床及其生產線外形更加美觀,而且也提高了安全性、可靠性和維修的便利性。組合機床同時兼有低成本和高效率的優(yōu)點,在大批大量生產中得到了廣泛的應用,并可以組成自動生產線。
