Abstract
Piling machine, machine, equipment and system, collectively referred to as "piling equipment", the main task of driving power device is the fuel chemical energy into heat energy, mechanical energy to piling machine to produce thrust ensure piling machine work and providing total body energy consumption of all machinery and equipment, and to achieve energy transformation and distribution, in order to ensure the normal work of the piling machine. In short, piling equipment is required for energy generation, transmission and consumption of all power machine, organic complex machinery equipment and systems, are piling machine heart and arteries. Mainly used to control the lifting mechanism, support mechanism, slewing mechanism etc.. Determine the composition and main parameters of the design of driving power device, operation mode, the overall selection of the shape and stability have been introduced and summarized. According to the technical index of piling equipment and some related parameters of the design of the system, the function and working principle are analyzed preliminarily determines the basic structure and main components of the power device. Component selection is carried out in accordance with the power device performance parameters, structure frame of power device are designed and calculated and checked for the relevant part, finally through the system performance checking and verification of the fever, meet the requirements of the piling machine.

打樁機動力裝置結構設計
摘 要
打樁機的機械,機器,設備和系統(tǒng)等統(tǒng)稱為“打樁機動力裝置”,打樁機動力裝置的主要任務是將燃料化學能轉化為熱能,機械能使打樁機產(chǎn)生推進力保證打樁機工作和提供能量消費的全部機械設備的總合體,并實現(xiàn)能量的轉化和分配,以保證打樁機正常工作??傊?,打樁機動力裝置是所需能量產(chǎn)生,傳遞及消耗的全部動力機器,機械設備和系統(tǒng)的有機綜合體,是打樁機的心臟和動脈。主要用來控制起升機構、支撐機構、回轉機構等。本設計打樁機動力裝置的組成及主要參數(shù)的確定,運行方式、總體選形及穩(wěn)定性做了一定的介紹與總結。根據(jù)打樁機動力裝置的技術指標及一些相關參數(shù)對該系統(tǒng)進行了方案設計,對其功能和工作原理進行分析初步確定了動力裝置的基本結構及主要元件。按照動力裝置性能參數(shù)進行元件的選擇計算,對動力裝置的支架的結構進行設計并對相關部分進行驗算和校核,最后通過對系統(tǒng)性能的驗算和發(fā)熱校核,滿足了該打樁機所要達到的要求。

第一章 緒論
1.1 概述
本設計介紹了一種柴油打樁機動力裝置的工作原理及組成結構,闡述了該種打樁機的設計要點,給出了動力裝置的工作原理圖及主要零件的結構圖,并且介紹柴油打樁機動力裝置的設計過程及主要部分的計算。打樁機的動力裝置的主要功能就是完成打樁施工?;壥讲裼痛驑稒C正是能夠完成各種要求的打樁機。打樁機動力裝置共有四大部分組成:滑軌、樁架、柴油樁錘、控制系統(tǒng)[1]。本設計說明書主要介紹了柴油打樁機動力裝置的設計過程、計算、各部件的強度校核。
為實現(xiàn)打樁機組裝和拆卸的方便,其樁架本身是由槽鋼和角鋼等型材用螺栓連接而成,為了使它移動方便采用了由槽鋼和枕木組成的簡單滑軌機構,防止整機在移動時傾覆,設計了兩個夾緊液壓缸可以實現(xiàn)整機在導軌上的自動夾緊與松開。另外為了實現(xiàn)不同高度的打樁要求,本打樁機可以實現(xiàn)對樁錘和打樁機滑架的任意調整。
1.2 打樁機的發(fā)展背景
近年來,隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟的逐步增強,國內(nèi)各大城市的高層建筑、立交橋、海港碼頭、鐵路公路橋梁等基本建設項目急劇猛增, 建筑業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,大口徑基礎樁工程得到廣泛應用。工業(yè)與民用建筑大量采用樁基礎,打樁施工越來越普遍,樁機的發(fā)展越來越快,廣泛使用與城市建筑的各種樁基礎工程、深基坑支護工程以及防洪工程中的防滲壩工程等各類工業(yè)與民用建筑施工[2]。由于現(xiàn)代化的高層建筑、大型橋梁和港口碼頭等結構復雜,負荷十分巨大,對基礎的承載能力和防止沉陷方面的要求較高。根據(jù)建設部門的資料,對高層建筑基礎的處理,通常是采用箱式、地下連續(xù)墻、樁等形式作為基礎。
