35、between Cultures In this chapter, the student should learn how to handle conflict resolution in an effective manner and understand the process of negotiation as well as negotiating styles that can be utilized. Master the decision-making process and learn to prepare for cross-cultural business neg

Be able to explain the need to develop effective cross-cultural and cross-national business and personal interactions and determine how to communicate effectively in cross-cultural settings.
