摘 要
本文作者研究的主要是數(shù)控車床的主傳動系統(tǒng),這類主傳動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計可用于對普通車床的改造,以適應(yīng)當(dāng)前我國機(jī)床工業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,具有一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。
本文作者完成的設(shè)計主要包括根據(jù)一些原始數(shù)據(jù)(其中包括機(jī)床的類型、規(guī)格等)結(jié)合實(shí)際條件和情況對車床一些參數(shù)進(jìn)行擬定,再根據(jù)擬定的參數(shù),進(jìn)行傳動方案的比較,確定傳動方案。然后計算各傳動副的傳動比及齒輪齒數(shù),再估算齒輪的模數(shù)和各軸的軸徑,并對齒輪和軸的強(qiáng)度、剛度進(jìn)行校核。除此之外,還要對箱體內(nèi)的主要結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計,一些零件的選型,如電磁離合器的選擇等,從而完成對整個主傳動系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。
