Unit 7 It’s raining! 本單元主要談?wù)撁枋鎏鞖饧安煌鞖鉅顩r下所做的事。能描述各種常見天氣。能正確使用現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài)(Present progressive tense); 能用how引導(dǎo)的問(wèn)句表達(dá)問(wèn)候(How questions). 關(guān)心與我們緊密聯(lián)系的天氣狀況,以及如何在不同天氣下如何應(yīng)對(duì),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生具有一定的環(huán)保意識(shí)、責(zé)任意識(shí)和關(guān)愛他人之心,達(dá)到人與自然的和諧。 。根據(jù)《新課標(biāo)》要求,本課以The weather為話題,圍繞describe the weather和describe what you are doing這兩個(gè)功能展開的。教學(xué)內(nèi)容與貼近學(xué)生實(shí)際生活,容易激發(fā)學(xué)生交流的興趣。同時(shí),在循序漸進(jìn)提高學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中,本課教學(xué)內(nèi)容的學(xué)習(xí),會(huì)為本單元的進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ),為最后語(yǔ)言的輸出(寫作)提供有力的支持。 New languages: - How’s the weather there? - It’s snowing. -What are you doing? -I’m cooking. -What are they doing? -They are playing basketball in the park. -What’s he doing? -He’s studying at his friend’s home. -How’s it going? - Great./Not bad./Terrible! Listen t o a English song “Rhythm of the Rain”。 Step 2. Presentation 1. (Show some pictures of the weather) Let Ss look at the pictures and ask them how the weather is. Ss learn the new words and expressions with the help of the pictures. 2. Look at the pictures in 1a. Then read the new words on the right. Ask the Ss to match the words with pictures. 3. Check the answers. Step 3. Listening 1. Now lets look at the city names in the box in 1b. Please read after me. Ss read the cities after the teacher. 1b Listen and write these city names in the boxes above. 2. Now, We’ll hear four conversations. Listen carefully, point out each city in the picture as it es upon the tape. Play the recording a second time. Ask Ss to write the name of the city in the picture of its weather. 3.
