1.1.1帶式輸送機的特點
(1)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單。帶式輸送機的接由傳動滾筒、改向滾筒、托輥或無托輥部件、驅(qū)動裝置、輸送帶等幾大件組成,僅有十多種部件,能進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn),并可按需要進(jìn)行組合裝配,結(jié)構(gòu)十分簡單;

(10)維修費少。帶式輸送機運動部件僅是滾筒和托輥,輸送帶又十分耐磨。相比之下,火車、汽車磨損部件要多的多,且更換磨損件也較為頻繁;

帶式輸送機是煤礦最理想的高效連續(xù)運輸設(shè)備,與其他運輸設(shè)備相比,具有輸送距離長、運量大、連續(xù)運輸?shù)葍?yōu)點,而且運行可靠、易于實現(xiàn)自動化和集中化控制,尤其對高產(chǎn)高效礦井,帶式輸送已成為煤炭開采機電一體化技術(shù)與裝備的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,隨著我國高產(chǎn)高效礦井的出現(xiàn),原有的帶式輸送機無論是主參數(shù)還是運行性能都已不能滿足要求,必須向長距離、高帶速、大運量、大功率的大型化方向發(fā)展,并要改善和提高運行性能,確保安全可靠。
我國生產(chǎn)制造的帶式輸送機的品種,類型較多,在“八五”期間,通過國家一條龍“日產(chǎn)萬噸綜采設(shè)備”項目的實施,帶式輸送機的技術(shù)水平有了很大的提高,煤礦井下用大功率、長距離帶式輸送機的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究和新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)都取得了很大的進(jìn)步。如大傾角長距離帶式輸送機成套設(shè)備,高產(chǎn)高效工作面順槽可伸縮帶式輸送機等均填補了國內(nèi)空白,并對帶式輸送機的減低關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及其主要元部件進(jìn)行了理論研究和產(chǎn)品開發(fā),研制成功了多種軟起動和制動裝置以及以PLC為核心的可編程電控裝置,驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)采用調(diào)速型液力耦合器和行星齒輪減速器。
煤礦帶式輸送機技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢:
設(shè)備大型化,提高運輸能力;為了適應(yīng)高產(chǎn)高效集約化生產(chǎn)的需要,帶式輸送機的輸送能力需要加大,長距離、高帶速、大運量、大功率是今后發(fā)展的必然趨勢,也是高產(chǎn)高效礦井運輸技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向,在今后的10a內(nèi)輸送量要提高到3000~4000t/h,帶速提高到4~6m/s,輸送長度對于可伸縮帶式輸送機要達(dá)到3000m。對于鋼繩芯強力帶式輸送機需加長至5000m以上,單機驅(qū)動功率要求達(dá)到1000~1500KW,輸送帶抗拉強度要達(dá)到6000N/ mm(鋼繩芯)和2500N/mm(鋼繩芯)。尤其是煤礦井下順槽可伸縮輸送技術(shù)的發(fā)展,隨著高產(chǎn)高效工作面的出現(xiàn)及煤炭科技的不斷發(fā)展,原有的可伸縮帶式輸送機,無論是主參數(shù),還是運行性能都難以適應(yīng)高產(chǎn)高效工作面的要求,煤礦現(xiàn)場急需主參數(shù)更大,技術(shù)更先進(jìn),性能更可靠的長距離、大運量、大功率順槽可伸縮帶式輸送機,以提高我國帶式輸送機技術(shù)的設(shè)計水平,填補國內(nèi)空白,接近并趕上國際先進(jìn)工業(yè)國的技術(shù)水平。其包含7個方面的關(guān)鍵技術(shù): (1)帶式輸送機動態(tài)分析與監(jiān)控技術(shù);(2)軟起動與功率平衡技術(shù);(3)中間驅(qū)動技術(shù);(4)自動張緊技術(shù);(5)新型高壽命高速托輥技術(shù);(6)快速自移機尾技術(shù);(7)高速儲帶技術(shù)。
提高元部件性能和可靠性:設(shè)備開機率的高與低主要取決于元部件的性能和可靠性。除了進(jìn)一步完善和提高現(xiàn)有元部件的性能和可靠性,還要不斷地開發(fā)研究新的技術(shù)和元部件,如高性能可控軟起動技術(shù),動態(tài)分析與監(jiān)控技術(shù),高效貯帶裝置、快速自移機尾、高速托輥等,使帶式輸送機的性能得到進(jìn)一步提高。
擴大功能,一機多用化:拓展運人、運料或雙向運輸?shù)裙δ埽龅揭粰C多用,使其發(fā)揮最大的經(jīng)濟效益。開發(fā)特殊型帶式輸送機,如彎曲帶式輸送機、大傾角或垂直提升輸送機等。
