Look at the blackboard and read after me the target language for this unit.When you read,pay attention to going to,want to be,and what, where, when, how questions. Do you know what intention means? It means someth
11、ing you want to do or plan to do in the future. It is not something which will definitely happen. I will give you one minute to think about ways you already know to talk about future events. And you can use the question words where, when, what, how long to ask and answer questions. For example: Q
12、:Where are you going next week? A:I'm going to summer camp. Q:How long are you staying? A:I'm staying for a week. Q:What are you going to do? A:I'm swimming there. From the above we know that -ing words express the future tense.Now look at the sentences in the speech bubble on page 41. In this
13、 unit, we are using-ing words to talk about things that may or may not happen. We are talking about plans.
