located in the south of Chengzhang Street,Shengle economic development district,Helingeer,Hohhot inner Mongolia. 蒙牛阿拉噴霧干燥奶粉塔項目-和林格爾安裝工程位于內蒙古呼和浩特市和林格爾盛樂經濟園區(qū)，成長大街以南。 1.2 Scope of Work 工程內容 The scope of work of Installation Work of the Mengniu Arla Spray Drying Plant- Hellingeer mainly includes: 蒙牛阿拉噴霧干燥奶粉塔項目-和林格爾安裝工程主要工作內容包括： n Hydraulics part of civil construction: 給排水部分： This project includes the water supply piping and drainage piping of dairy production building (consisting of milk reception and pre-treatment, mixing area, spay dryer tower), and pipe line on site, waste water lift facility. 本工程涉及到的建筑物主要包括奶粉生產廠房（含牛奶預處理、混合、奶粉塔用房三部分） 給排水，及室外給排水管線，污水提升設施。 Work Break-down: 包含的具體工作內容： 1. 奶粉生產車間Production building a.車間內熱水供回水管道的安裝(含高壓清洗熱水管線) The installation of hot water supply and return pipe（include the high pressure hot water pipe for cleaning） b.車間內給水管道的安裝The installation of supply water pipe. c.車間主供水管線的安裝（儲水罐）The installation of supply water pipe for storage tank d.消防水管道的安裝The installation of fire-fighting pipe. e.室內消火栓的安裝The installation of indoor hydrant. f.滅火器的安裝 The installation of extinguisher g.車間內排水管道的安裝 The installation of water drainage pipe inside the building h.相關閥門的安裝The installation of relevant valves i.管道的保溫防凍（電伴熱）Insulation and insulation and freeze-protection (electrical traced) for pipings j.洗滌盆的安裝The installation of washing basin sewage tank, rain collector, drainage tank (including septic tank and oil separator) c. 廠區(qū)內污水池， 污水泵的安裝The installation of buffer tanks for sewage water and pumps 3. 監(jiān)測儀表（COD, PH, 溫度，流量，液位計）的安裝 The survey instruments (COD, PH, temperature, flow and level indicator) e. 其他給排水專業(yè)圖紙上規(guī)定的工作內容 The other works shown on the Hydraulics discipline drawings f. 地下管網包括：消防水管線(FW) ；生產污水管線(WWP) 和雨水管線(RW) The content of underground (U/G) pipe includes: fire water pipeline (FW), production waste water pipeline (WWP) and rain water pipeline (RW). n UTILITY SERVICES: 公用工程： The work will involve the interconnection of existing services (in the existing milk-piece facility）and the installation of new ductwork and utility system services for this project. 工作包括公用工程設施（位于奶片車間內） 和本項目公用工程系統(tǒng)的連接。 All parts mentioned below are a part of the scope of supply: 工作范圍包括以下涉及到的內容： The supply and installation and connection of steam/condensate system（including pipes work and supports, pump condensate tank）. 提供和安裝蒸汽/凝水系統(tǒng)(包括管道系統(tǒng)及支架,泵及凝水罐等)。 The supply and installation and connection of chilled water system（pipes work and supports, and pumps）. 提供和安裝冷凍水系統(tǒng)(包括管道系統(tǒng)及支架，泵等)。 The supply and installation and connection of compressed air system（pipes work and supports，filter）. 提供和安裝壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)(包括管道系統(tǒng)及支架，過濾器等)。 The supply and installation and connection of nitrogen system（pipes work and supports）. 提供和安裝氮氣系統(tǒng)(包括管道系統(tǒng)及支架等)。 The supply and installation and connection of carbon dioxide system（pipes work and supports）. 提供和安裝二氧化碳氣系統(tǒng)(包括管道系統(tǒng)及支架等)。 Complete testing and commissioning of the plant to demonstrate that the system is operating correctly in all respects. Commissioning and test sheets format and content must be approved by the Client and signed off by the Client after completion. 做檢測和試車，以證明該系統(tǒng)各方面運行正常。試車及檢測的表格和內容必須經客戶認可并在完工后在檢測單上簽字。 Complete functional operating tests to establish that all plant is delivering the stated capacities and flow rates. Test sheets format and content must be approved by the Client and signed off by the Client after completion. 做功能操作檢測以確認所有設備達到所說的性能和流速。檢測單格式和內容必須經客戶認可并在完工后由客戶對本檢測單簽字。 The provision of comprehensive and accurate “as installed” documentation for the complete installation. 提供綜合的和整個安裝作業(yè)的準確的竣工圖。 n HVAC works 通風空調： The HVAC works include installation of Air Handling Unit, Anti-Smoke Mixed Fan, Mixed Fan and air ducts, installation of Heating Exchanger，installation of Floor heating system，installation of Anti-smoke system. 包括所有空氣處理機，斜流風機和軸流風機安裝及風管安裝，換熱機組的安裝，地板采暖系統(tǒng)安裝，防煙系統(tǒng)安裝。 n Electrical work: 電氣系統(tǒng)： 1.SUBSTATION INSTALLATION WORK 變電室安裝工程 The power supply comes from Taijiying substation, and goes into the substation of this project. The power company will be responsible for the works including the erection of high voltage switchgear, transformer and high voltage cable in substation. The work split for both Power Company and installation subcontractor is the secondary side of transformer. 供電電源引自臺基營變電站，高壓電纜敷設至廠區(qū)內變電站。變電站內的高壓配電設備、變壓器及高壓電纜的安裝由電力公司負責。變壓器二次側為電力公司和機電承包商工作范圍分界點。 Substation work for installation subcontractor includes erection of low voltage switchboard and 0.4KV cabling work, lighting fixture installation and grounding as well as relevant testing, commissioning and power-on activity. 機電承包商的變電室工作包括低壓配電柜安裝，0.4KV電纜工程，照明燈具安裝，接地及相關測試，試驗和送電。 It is subcontractor’s responsibility to coordinate and assist Power Company to accomplish a smooth high voltage installation and commissioning and to secure a safe power on operation. 機電承包商應負責配合并協助電力安裝公司完成高壓部分安裝工作，確保調試、送電過程順利進行。 The cable ladder shall be 6m big span heavy load galvanized steel type; the support distance shall be less than 3m. The cable ladder shall be mounted on base U steel fixed by clasps. One main Grounding wire (70mm2 Stranded bare copper conductor) should be run along cable ladder, connected with the PE bar of switchgear. 電纜橋架均采用6m大跨度重載型熱鍍鋅電纜梯架，支撐間距不應大于3m，電纜橋架采用卡箍與支座槽鋼固定。沿整個橋架系統(tǒng)敷設一根主接地線 (70mm2裸銅絞線)， 與開關柜的PE排連接。 2. WORKSHOP INSTALLATION WORK 生產車間安裝工程 Workshop work for installation subcontractor includes erection of low voltage distribution equipment and 0.4KV cabling work, lighting fixture installation and grounding as well as relevant testing, commissioning. 機電承包商的生產車間工作包括低壓配電設備安裝，0.4KV電纜工程，照明燈具安裝，接地及相關測試，試驗。 Supply, install and commission all Switchboards and Distribution board for the reticulation of lighting and power within areas of these works as shown on the electrical drawings. 依照電氣圖紙所示，安裝并調試所有配電盤，這些配電盤將用于照明及動力。 Supply and install the industrial welding outlet boxes as shown on the electrical drawings, which for service and repair on the building or the machinery. 依照電氣圖紙所示，提供并安裝工業(yè)插座箱，這些工業(yè)插座箱用于建筑或設備的使用及檢修。 Supply and install cables reticulation for power distribution panels, industrial welding outlet boxes and consumers as shown on the drawings. The power cable shall be YJV Type. 提供并安裝用于動力配電盤、工業(yè)插座箱和用電設備的分支電纜。配電電纜采用YJV型。 For installation duct, the main cable tray shall be ladder and a 6m big span heavy load galvanized steel type; the vertical support distance shall be less than 2m. The cable ladder shall be mounted on base U steel fixed by clasps. 在設備安裝井內，主電纜橋架均采用6m大跨度重載型熱鍍鋅電纜梯架，垂直安裝支撐間距不應大于2m，電纜橋架采用卡箍與支座槽鋼固定。 Except the installation duct and MCC, the main cable tray and branch tray shall be open cable tray and made of stainless steel AS316. 除了在設備安裝井和MCC內，主電纜橋架和分支電纜橋架均采用AS316不銹鋼的格柵橋架。 One main Grounding wire (70mm2 Stranded bare copper conductor) should be run along main cable tray, connected with the each MCC or equipment need to be grounded. 沿整個主電纜橋架敷設一根主接地線 (70mm2裸銅絞線)， 用于連接MCC或用于設備的接地。 High efficiency metal halide lamps or water-proof type fluorescent lamps shall be employed for lighting in the workshop area. High efficiency energy-saving low glare flush type fluorescent lamps shall be employed for lighting in the rooms which has ceiling space. 生產區(qū)照明采用高光效的金屬鹵化物燈具或防水型熒光燈具，有吊頂的房間采用嵌入式節(jié)能型電子鎮(zhèn)流器啟動的低眩光熒光燈具。 In some bigger production areas, the lighting shall be controlled by push button via impulse relay. Details shown on the electrical drawings. 在一些較大的生產區(qū)內，使用按鈕通過脈沖繼電器來控制照明回路，詳見電氣圖紙所示。 TN-S system shall be adopted for LV power distribution grounding protection system. Neutral points of transformers in load centers, metal non-current carrying enclosures of LV power equipment, cable tray and support etc. must be connected with grounding net reliably. 本工程低壓配電系統(tǒng)采用TN-S系統(tǒng)，設置專用保護線(PE)。凡正常不帶電而絕緣損害時可能帶電的變壓器中性點、電氣設備的金屬外殼、電纜橋架、支架等均應與保護線可靠連接。 3. FACTORY YARD 廠區(qū) Factory yard work for installation subcontractor includes road lighting fixture installation, and cabling works. 機電承包商的生產車間工作包括廠區(qū)內路燈照明設施及電纜工程。 Move the existing road lighting (total 4 sets) fixture to new position, re-lay the new cable for road lighting. 將現有路燈（共4套）移動至新的位置，需要為道路照明重新敷設電纜。 Lay a power cable from the existing service building to the emergency distribution panel EDP in new substation, the cable shall be armour type and buried underground. 從現有配電室敷設一根動力電纜至新變電站內的應急配電盤EDP，電纜應該為鎧裝埋地敷設。 Consider the power and control cable for Weight Bridge, which shall be connected to the MCC and control room in Milk Process building. 考慮為地秤用的動力及控制電纜，電纜連接至牛奶工藝車間內的MCC和控制室。 4. COMMUNICATION SYSTEM 通訊系統(tǒng) Supply and install PDS equipments, data outlet and cabling as shown on the electrical drawings. 依照電氣圖紙所示，提供并安裝PDS設備、網絡接口及網絡數據線。 The communication system shall extend from the existing system via a 6 cores multimode optical fibre cable and a multi cores telephone cables. 通訊系統(tǒng)通過一根6芯多模光纜和一根多芯電纜電纜與現有系統(tǒng)相連。 The cable must be in category 6 UTP 1000M according to EN50173- (00) or ISO 11801-(00). Distance from switches to IT outlets must not exceed 90m. 網絡數據線規(guī)格必須滿足EN50173- (00) 或ISO 11801-(00) 對6類雙絞線 1000M 的要求。從網絡交換機至網絡接口的距離不得大于90米。 5. FIRE ALARM SYSTEM 火警系統(tǒng) Supply and install FAS equipments including fire control panel, smoke detector, manual alarm call point, flash & audio alarm unit, interlock I/O control module etc. and cabling as shown on the electrical drawings. 依照電氣圖紙所示，提供并安裝火警系統(tǒng)設備包括火警控制盤、感煙探測器、手動報警按鈕、聲光報警器、聯動輸入輸出模塊等以及火警信號線的敷設。 The equipment need interlock with FAS system shall including Fire fighting pump, HVAC equipment, Fire fighting elevator, Electrical fire door etc. 需要與火警系統(tǒng)聯動的設備包括：消防泵、暖通設備、消防電梯、電動防火門等。 6. Others 其他 Supply and install cable trays, cable ladders conduits, and wiring ducts as appropriate for sub-main cables, final sub-circuit wiring, telephone cabling, etc., within the ceiling space including all supports, fixing brackets and components necessary to the extent shown on the electrical drawings. 提供并安裝電纜橋架，梯架，線管及線槽，他們用于分支電纜，導線回路及電話電纜等。還要包括電氣圖紙所示的所有必要的支撐，固定支架和元件等。 Provision of sub-circuit wiring, conduits, conduit boxes, switches, plates and outlets as specified on the drawings. 如圖所示，提供導線，線管，接線盒，開關，面板和插座。 Provide final connections of all specified electrical equipment as shown on the drawings. Allow for final connections via isolators and flexible conduit for fixed directly connected equipment. 依照圖紙，提供所有指定電氣設備的最終連接，允許使用隔離開關和軟管。 Install lighting fixture in accordance with the lighting layout shown on the electrical drawings. He is responsible fro organizing the development and adjustment of the timing schedule and control measures and the development of the monthly schedule. He shall coordinate and control all the management work of all the departments and teams to ensure the optimization of the overall management. 項目經理對整個工程的質量、安全、進度負全面領導責任。負責組織制定和調整工程進度及控制措施，按照里程碑進度控制的原則，組織編制出月進度和總進度計劃，并對項目業(yè)主方和監(jiān)理公司負責。在項目經理的領導下，協調和控制各項管理工作，指揮各專業(yè)安裝隊和各管理部門的施工和管理活動，保證管理工作整體功能的優(yōu)化，實現專業(yè)化管理和施工。 2) The chief engineer shall be directly responsible for the technical and quality of the whole project. He shall organize the establishment of the technical management system and measures and specific rules, quality plan and work guidance for key operations. 項目總工程師對整個工程的技術和質量管理負直接領導責任，按照ISO9001：2000版的模式，針對該項工程的質量管理，建立健全技術管理制度和措施，組織制定出具體的實施細則、質量計劃和關鍵工序的作業(yè)指導書，指揮各職能部門的技術和質量管理活動
