支板沖壓成形工藝及模具設計
摘要:本設計題目為復合模具設計，體現(xiàn)了典型復合模具設計的要求，內(nèi)容與方向。通過對該零件的模具設計，進一步加強了我對沖裁模的基礎知識，為以后接觸更復雜的模具奠定了一定的基礎。
本設計運用了沖裁工藝與模具結(jié)構設計基礎知識，首先了解了支件所用的材料及生產(chǎn)批量；再次分析支件的形狀及所要達到的精度要求，確定生產(chǎn)工藝方案及模具的結(jié)構類型；計算確定模具設計參數(shù)，及卸料與推薦裝置的設置；最終制定模具的加工工藝規(guī)程及模具的裝配、調(diào)試過程。
