摘要
法蘭盤是一種盤狀零件，法蘭盤也叫法蘭，成對使用。為了保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量，提高加工效率，需要對其加工工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，并在關(guān)鍵工序使用專用機(jī)床進(jìn)行加工。本課題即以此為背景，要求學(xué)生根據(jù)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)需要和支座體零件的加工要求，首先完成零件的加工工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)，在此基礎(chǔ)之上，選擇其關(guān)鍵工序之一進(jìn)行專用夾具設(shè)計(jì)，并完成必要的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。通過查閱相關(guān)資料，了解法蘭盤用途，性能，特點(diǎn)，看懂零件圖，確定毛坯，繪制毛坯圖，擬定法蘭盤工藝路線，制作工藝卡片等。近幾年來，我國在法蘭的制造領(lǐng)域和研發(fā)領(lǐng)域取得了一定的突破。機(jī)械制造工業(yè)是為社會(huì)提供各種機(jī)械設(shè)備的部門，在國家的發(fā)展中起到很重要的地位，其發(fā)展規(guī)模及水平反映了一個(gè)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力科技水平的標(biāo)志。此設(shè)計(jì)是在大學(xué)即將結(jié)束前學(xué)完了所有學(xué)校所安排的課程及實(shí)習(xí)后所面臨的一次考察，是一次理論加實(shí)踐的一次訓(xùn)練。強(qiáng)化了我們對基礎(chǔ)知識和技能的理解和應(yīng)用程度，培養(yǎng)了我們一定的理論分析，設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)算能力，論證能力，搜集資料能力。在我們四年的大學(xué)生活中占很重要作用。
