彎曲件模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要：本設(shè)計(jì)題目為彎曲成形模設(shè)計(jì)，是典型的彎曲模設(shè)計(jì)，反映了彎曲件設(shè)計(jì)的要求，內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過對該模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者對彎曲成形?；A(chǔ)知識的了解，為設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜成形模具，做好了鋪墊和吸取更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用了沖裁和和成形工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識，首先分析了零件的成形成形工藝性，是否適合成形。然后計(jì)算了毛坯的尺寸及材料利用率，為選用板材做好了準(zhǔn)備。最后分析制件的特征，確定合理的工藝參數(shù)，設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及推件，打料裝置的選取。
本制件用兩套模具制造，沖裁模和彎曲模。沖裁模為倒裝復(fù)合模，模具在一次行程中即落料又沖孔，可以保證制件的位置精度。該模具設(shè)有彈性卸料裝置和推件裝置，模具回程時，彈性卸料板把卡在凸凹模上的板料推下，同時推件塊把凹模內(nèi)的制件推下，完成一次沖壓。彎曲模采用自由彎曲成形，制件的精度要求不高可以滿足要求，由于彎曲件的回彈作用，在模具底部設(shè)有推件裝置，防止模具在上升時，制件卡在凹模內(nèi)。

This workpiece makes with two sets of molds, punching die and bending die.The punching die is the inversion superposable die, the mold namely falls the material punch holes in a traveling schedule, may guarantee the workpiece the position precision.This mold is equipped with when the elastic dumping device and pushes an equipment, the mold return trip, the elasticity unloads the yard lumber the card on convex-concave mold sheet to push down, simultaneously pushes a block to push down the concave mold in workpiece, completes a ramming.The bending die uses the free curving forming, the workpiece precision request not high may satisfy the request, as a result of the curving snapping back function, is equipped with in the mold base pushes an equipment, prevents the mold when the rise, workpiece card in concave mold.
