摘要
根據(jù)我國能源利用情況,供電設(shè)計(jì)的原則要求,按照設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書的詳細(xì)要求,對該廠進(jìn)行總體分析,然后著手對該中外合資機(jī)械廠的變電所及配電系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。在指導(dǎo)老師的悉心指導(dǎo)下、在同組成員盡心幫助下,同時借助不少參考文獻(xiàn),完成該次設(shè)計(jì)。
首先,對全廠的負(fù)荷進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)計(jì)算,為確定供電系統(tǒng)的電力變壓器、各種開關(guān)電器的容量、電力線路的截面和變電所的所址等提供依據(jù)。并且對其進(jìn)行無功補(bǔ)償,以減少變壓器、電力線路、開關(guān)設(shè)備的功率損耗,從而減少電器元件的規(guī)格,降低它的功率損耗和電壓損耗,減少投資。內(nèi)容主要在第一章中體現(xiàn)。
其次,根據(jù)本廠的實(shí)際情況和經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)比較電力變壓器,確定變電所的所址、類型以及其主接線方案,其中包括變壓器容量以及臺數(shù)的確定,全廠配電系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。內(nèi)容包括第二、三、五、六章。
然后,按符合情況系統(tǒng)地對廠區(qū)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),為了校驗(yàn)一次設(shè)備的短路穩(wěn)定度,開關(guān)電器的斷流能力及電流保護(hù)裝置的靈敏度,整定電流速斷保護(hù)裝置的動作電流,進(jìn)行短路電流的計(jì)算,進(jìn)而選擇了電力線路和高低壓電氣設(shè)備。內(nèi)容包括第四、七章。
最后,確定全廠配電系統(tǒng)的防雷接地系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。內(nèi)容于第八章作比較詳細(xì)的介紹。

Abstract
According to our country energy use situation, the power supply design principle request, according to the design project description detailed request, carries on the overall analysis to this factory, then begins to this chinese-foreign joint venture machine shop transformer substation and the electrical power distribution system carries on the design. In instructs under teacher's devotedly instruction, in with the component member with all one's heart help under, simultaneously draws support from many reference, completes this design.
First, carries on the system computation to entire factory load, for the determination power supply system power transformer, each kind of switch electric appliance capacity, the power circuit section and the transformer substation institute site and so on provides the basis. And carries on the idle work to it to compensate, reduces the transformer, the power circuit, the switching gear power loss, thus the reduced electric appliance part specification, reduces its power loss and the voltage loses, reduces the investment. The content mainly manifests in the first chapter.
Next, according to this factory actual situation and economical technical comparison power transformer, definite transformer substation institute site, type by and its main wiring plan, including transformer capacity as well as number determination, entire factory electrical power distribution system design. Content including second, three, five, six chapters.
Then, according to conforms to the situation systematically to carry on the design to the factory district, in order to verify a time of equipment to short-circuit the stability, the switch electric appliance blocks the flow the ability and the electric current protective device sensitivity, the electricity speed of flow breaks the protective device the working current, carries on the short-circuit current the computation, then has chosen the power circuit and the high and low pressure electrical equipment. Content including fourth, seven chapters.
Finally, determines entire factory electrical power distribution system the anti-radar earth system design. The content makes the quite detailed introduction to the eighth chapter.
