摘 要
這次設(shè)計(jì)涉及機(jī)械制造工藝和機(jī)床夾具設(shè)計(jì),金屬切削機(jī)床,公差,協(xié)調(diào)和測量等諸多方面的知識(shí)。
蝸輪減速器箱體零件的工藝規(guī)劃和夾具設(shè)計(jì)包括加工工藝設(shè)計(jì),工序設(shè)計(jì)和夾具設(shè)計(jì)三部分。在過程設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)首先了解零件的分析過程,然后設(shè)計(jì)毛坯結(jié)構(gòu),并選擇好加工零件的定位基準(zhǔn),設(shè)計(jì)零件的工藝路線;然后對零件各個(gè)工步的工序進(jìn)行尺寸計(jì)算,再通過《機(jī)械加工工藝簡明速查手冊》找到對應(yīng)刀具及切削三要素進(jìn)行查填入工藝卡片;然后設(shè)計(jì)專門的夾具,先設(shè)計(jì)出夾具體,然后再設(shè)計(jì)每一個(gè)相關(guān)的零件,如定位元件,夾緊元件,導(dǎo)向元件,然后再畫出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,計(jì)算夾具定位產(chǎn)生的定位誤差,找到指導(dǎo)老師幫助分析合理性夾具結(jié)構(gòu)不足,進(jìn)而注重未來設(shè)計(jì)的改進(jìn)。
