5.繪制夾具裝配圖(A0或A1) 1張
6.繪制夾具體零件圖 1張
7.編寫課程設(shè)計說明書(約5000-8000字)。 1份
四、進(jìn)度安排
本課程設(shè)計要求在3周內(nèi)完成。
1.第l~2天查資料,熟悉題目階段。
2.第3~7天,完成零件的工藝性分析,確定毛坯的類型、制造方法和機(jī)械加工工藝規(guī)程的設(shè)計并編制出零件的機(jī)械加工工藝卡片。
3.第8~10天,完成夾具總體方案設(shè)計(畫出草圖,與指導(dǎo)教師溝通,在其同意的前提下,進(jìn)行課程設(shè)計的下一步)。
4.第11~13天,完成夾具總裝圖的繪制。
5.第14~15天,零件圖的繪制。
6.第16~18天,整理并完成設(shè)計說明書的編寫。
7.第19天,完成圖紙和說明書的輸出打印。
8.第20~21天,答辯

摘 要
機(jī)械制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課程設(shè)計是在完成生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí),學(xué)完機(jī)械制造基礎(chǔ)和其他的專業(yè)課之后進(jìn)行的。通過該課程設(shè)計,將所學(xué)的理論與生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,培養(yǎng)了我們分析與解決問題的能力,也提高了我們的設(shè)計能力。
本次設(shè)計的是填料箱蓋零件,需要繪制毛坯圖、零件圖、夾具體圖和裝配圖,并且編制機(jī)械加工工藝過程綜和卡片和機(jī)械加工工藝卡片。
此次課程設(shè)計主要從工藝規(guī)程的指定與夾具的設(shè)計兩方面出發(fā)。根據(jù)零件本身的特點(diǎn),生產(chǎn)類型以及零件在具體工作時的作用選擇工藝規(guī)程和夾具。在工藝規(guī)程方面:確定生產(chǎn)類型,綜合考慮其準(zhǔn)確度高,生產(chǎn)效率高,消耗經(jīng)濟(jì)少等方面,選擇一個最優(yōu)方案;在夾具設(shè)計方面,因?yàn)槭巧w體類零件,加工Ф13.5孔,選擇鉆床加工,考慮諸多因素擬訂最優(yōu)方案,最終完成本次設(shè)計。
本次課程設(shè)計讓我對夾具設(shè)計有了深刻的認(rèn)識,提高了我分析與解決問題的能力,并為未來所從事的工作打下了一定的基礎(chǔ),使我受益匪淺。

Abstract
Mechanical manufacturing technology foundation course design is done in production practice, after learning the machinery manufacturing base and other specialized courses. Through this course design, theory of learning combined with production practice, trained our ability of analysis and solve the problem, also improve the ability of our design.
This design is the stuffing box cover parts, need to draw blank drawing, part drawing, specific diagram and assembly drawing, zong and CARDS and prepare the machining process and machining process card.
This course design mainly from the procedure specified and two sides of the fixture design. According to the characteristics of the component itself, types and parts production in the choice of role in the specific work process procedures and fixture. In the aspects of process planning: production type is determined, considering its high accuracy, high production efficiency, less consumption economy and so on, choosing an optimal scheme; In terms of fixture design, because it is a cover body parts, processing Ф 13.5 hole, choosing the drilling machine processing, considering many factors and formulate the optimal solution, to complete the final design.
The course design and let me have a deep understanding to fixture design, improved my analysis and problem solving skills, and for the future work laid a certain foundation, I have benefited a lot from it.
