摘 要
在機(jī)床上加工工件時(shí),為了使工件在該工序所加工的表面能達(dá)到規(guī)定的尺寸和位置公差要求,在開(kāi)動(dòng)機(jī)床進(jìn)行加工之前,必須首先使工件占有一正確位置。通常把確定工件在機(jī)床上或夾具中占有正確位置的過(guò)程,稱(chēng)為定位。當(dāng)工件定位后,為了避免在加工中受到切削力、重力等的作用而破壞定位,還應(yīng)該用一定的機(jī)構(gòu)或裝置將工件加以固定。工件定位后即將其固定,使其在加工過(guò)程中保持定位位置不便的操作,稱(chēng)為夾緊。
通過(guò)以杠桿Φ20H7孔和其左端面為精基準(zhǔn),運(yùn)用一面兩銷(xiāo)來(lái)限制工件的6個(gè)自由度,在實(shí)現(xiàn)中批生產(chǎn)的前提下,采用液壓缸來(lái)對(duì)工件進(jìn)行夾緊。滿足了該杠桿工件的生產(chǎn)要求。
由于本夾具配合面,連接孔較多,因此,夾具的零件對(duì)精度比較高,操作時(shí)要注意夾具各螺紋是否擰緊;還有就是夾具操作時(shí),要防止定位零件有過(guò)大的磨損,若有較大磨損,要注意及時(shí)更換,以保證零件加工精度。
夾具上裝有對(duì)鉆套,可以使夾具在一批零件的加工之前很好的對(duì)刀,同時(shí),夾具體上底面有一對(duì)定位鍵,可使夾具工作臺(tái)上在很好的定位。
工件裝夾是否正確、迅速、方便和可靠,將直接影響工件的加工質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)效率、制造成本和操作安全。在成批、大量生產(chǎn)中,工件的裝夾是通過(guò)機(jī)床夾具來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。機(jī)床夾具在生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用十分廣泛。
