本模具設計題目為落料,沖孔復合模,此零件需二道工序完成.體現了復雜零件的設計要求,內容及方向.具有一定的設計意義,通過對該零件模具的設計進一步加強了設計者沖壓模具設計的基礎知識,為設計更復雜的沖壓模做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深該的經驗.
本設計運用沖壓模具設計與制造工藝基礎知識,首先分析了零件的外形,尺寸,精度要求,進行了工藝分析,考慮到此零件為零件,因此采用復合模工藝方案.然后根據零件的外形尺寸計算毛坯總體尺寸,設計壓力中心最后計算出工作部分尺寸,模具總體尺寸,總體尺寸包括工作零部件的結構設計,卸料裝置的設計以及固定零件的設計與運用.
