【摘要】通過對大長徑比腳套工藝的正確分析，設(shè)計了一副一模四腔的塑料模具。詳細地敘述了分型面的選擇,模具型腔數(shù)目的確定,型腔的排列方式,冷卻水道的布局,澆口位置的設(shè)置,模具工作零件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,推出機構(gòu)的設(shè)計以及重要零件的工藝參數(shù)的選擇與計算，推出機構(gòu)與澆注系統(tǒng)以及其它結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計過程，并對模具的裝配和審核作了介紹。

【Abstract】 A set of mould with one module and four cavities has been designed through the correct analysis of the technology of insulated pastern support of motor in the graduate design. The design and machining technology process of its molding part including the front moulding plate、front mould kernel、back mould plate、back mould kernel、back mould set piece、incline guide pin、slide steatite etc, and the choice and calculation of technology parameters of the impotent part, the design process of extrusion outfit, inject system and other makeup are specified in detail; Test and product have been introduced.
