本論文根據(jù)內(nèi)抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)完成實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用。在設(shè)計(jì)中采用PS材料注射而成型，成型方式為一模一腔，該論文具體分析了產(chǎn)品的工藝性，確定了所采用塑料的工藝參數(shù)和所采用的成型設(shè)備，確定了模具制作的總體方案，分析并解決了模具的總體結(jié)構(gòu)和各工作部分的具體結(jié)構(gòu)，并進(jìn)行了一些必要的尺寸計(jì)算和強(qiáng)度的校核。該論文還對(duì)分型面、澆注系統(tǒng)和脫模機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析設(shè)計(jì)，完成了模具工程圖設(shè)計(jì)，最后進(jìn)行了主要零件加工工藝設(shè)計(jì)。
