法蘭盤只是一個(gè)統(tǒng)稱，通常是指在一個(gè)類似盤狀的金屬體的周邊開上幾個(gè)固定用的孔，用于連接其它東西。法蘭聯(lián)接在機(jī)械上應(yīng)用很廣泛，所以樣子也千奇百怪的。本文主要是針對(duì)CA6140車床法蘭盤的加工工藝以及主要孔的工藝裝備設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行論述。通過本文可以了解該法蘭盤的構(gòu)造和它的整個(gè)加工過程以及其在加工過程中的注意事項(xiàng)。其次從側(cè)面了解到夾具設(shè)計(jì)的主要程序。最后還有針對(duì)該零件加工的組合機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)。從各組件的選擇到加工參數(shù)的確定反映了目前該零件的市場(chǎng)價(jià)值以及發(fā)展前景。

Abstract
Flange is a generic name，usually refers to that in a similar discoid metal body surrounding the opening of the hole with a few fixed, it’s used to connect other things. Flange connection in a wide range of application of mechanical, So it looks strange. This article is mainly directed against flange CA6140 lathe processing technology and the main hole of the process and equipment design on. You can learn flange of the entire structure and its process and notes through this article. Second through this question that you can from the side of the main procedures for fixture design.
