內(nèi)容提要
本次進(jìn)行的是429發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸箱銑主軸孔卡瓦槽夾具設(shè)計(jì)。銑削加工一般切削力較大,且是多刀齒斷續(xù)切削,其大小和方向瞬時(shí)急劇地變化,尤其是刀齒切入和切出的過(guò)程中會(huì)在工件上產(chǎn)生沖擊和振動(dòng)。所以,設(shè)計(jì)銑床夾具時(shí)應(yīng)特別考慮工藝系統(tǒng)的剛度,夾具要有足夠大的夾緊力。夾具上一般有確定與刀具間相對(duì)位置的對(duì)刀裝置和確定它在車床工作臺(tái)方向的定位鍵,這也是銑床夾具結(jié)構(gòu)的主要特征。
本次夾具設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容為:
(1)研究原始資料,明確設(shè)計(jì)要求;
(2)擬定夾具結(jié)構(gòu)方案,繪制夾具結(jié)構(gòu)草圖;
①確定定位方案,選擇定位元件;
②確定工件的夾緊方案;
③確定夾具其它組成部分的結(jié)構(gòu)形式;
④確定夾具的形式和夾具的總體結(jié)構(gòu)。
(3)繪制夾具的裝配草圖和裝配圖;
(4)繪制夾具的零件圖。
經(jīng)過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)和討論,終于圓滿地完成了設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)。本次設(shè)計(jì)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程條理清晰,能讓讀者明白整個(gè)過(guò)程。力求結(jié)構(gòu)合理,計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確,經(jīng)濟(jì)可靠。本設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新之處在于簡(jiǎn)化了銑床夾具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),使其結(jié)構(gòu)更簡(jiǎn)便,同時(shí)也能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,可以用于實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中。
