摘 要
通過上網(wǎng)瀏覽起重機(jī)械方面的資料，以及在老師的指導(dǎo)下對(duì)哈爾濱起重機(jī)械廠生產(chǎn)的各種起重機(jī)的觀察和了解，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的全路面起重機(jī)技術(shù)及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀有了深刻的了解和認(rèn)識(shí)。這次設(shè)計(jì)正是在原有全路面起重機(jī)技術(shù)和特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，科學(xué)分析起重機(jī)械行業(yè)的發(fā)展方向，進(jìn)一步完善了全路面起重機(jī)，從而滿足國(guó)家對(duì)采用新技術(shù)和新材料的要求。為了充分發(fā)揮起重機(jī)的作用，擴(kuò)大其使用范圍，這次設(shè)計(jì)的起重機(jī)全都采用液壓傳動(dòng)方式。起升機(jī)構(gòu)、變幅機(jī)構(gòu)、回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)和行走機(jī)構(gòu)都有各自的液壓馬達(dá)或液壓缸，吊臂采用箱形伸縮臂式結(jié)構(gòu)，為了增大起重機(jī)在起重作業(yè)時(shí)的穩(wěn)定性和不傾翻，在起重機(jī)上安裝了支腿。
由于實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的欠缺和知識(shí)的局限性,該起重機(jī)的實(shí)際工作性能及可靠性還有待于實(shí)際的檢驗(yàn)。

ABSTRACT
Through browsing the articals about hoisting machinery on the internet, as well as the observation to Harbin machinery factory’s all kinds of hoist crane produced by under teacher's instruction, I have the profound understanding to the domestic and foreign entire road surface hoist crane technology existing and present situation. This design is based on original entire road surface hoist crane technology and characteristics. And the hoisting machinery profession development direction is analyzed scientificly, the entire road surface hoist crane is consummated further. Thus satisfy the request to use new technical and the new material. In order to display the function fully, exaggerate its using scope, I select the hydraulic transmission method. Lifts organization, the amplitude organization, the rotation organization and walks all to have respective motor or the hydraulic cylinder. The arm uses the box shape expansion and contraction structure. In order to increase the stability of the hoist crane when lifts heavy objects and not to pour out, leg are installed on the hoist crane.
Because short of experience and the knowledge, this practical work properties and the reliability are still waiting for the pratical examination.
