摘要
冷沖壓是一種先進(jìn)的金屬加工方法，它是建立在金屬塑性變形的基礎(chǔ)上，利用模具和沖壓設(shè)備對板料金屬進(jìn)行加工，以獲得所需要的零件形狀和尺寸。
本課題研究墊片的沖壓模具的設(shè)計，通過對工件的分析采用復(fù)合模進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。復(fù)合模的主要優(yōu)點是生產(chǎn)率和精度高，適合大量生產(chǎn)。其缺點是模具結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜，不易制造。
本課題的內(nèi)容包括，排樣設(shè)計、凸模設(shè)計、凹模設(shè)計、沖裁力計算、壓力中心的確定、沖壓機(jī)構(gòu)的選擇，模具刃口尺寸確定和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計等。

Abstract
