摘要:高度可靠的制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)可以保證人員和車輛的安全。機(jī)器的運(yùn)動(dòng)部件通過(guò)制動(dòng)器作用后停止不動(dòng)或?qū)崿F(xiàn)減速。制動(dòng)器一般是安裝在設(shè)備的高速軸上,但對(duì)安全性要求較高的大型設(shè)備(如礦山起重機(jī)、電梯等)則應(yīng)該安裝在靠近設(shè)備工作部分的低速軸上。本文旨在對(duì)鼓式制動(dòng)器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與分析:首先確定了制動(dòng)器的構(gòu)造;其次,計(jì)算出相關(guān)參數(shù),并對(duì)各參數(shù)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度校核;并繪制出裝配圖和零件圖。

The brake system design and analysis of a model of car
Abstract:A brake is a mechanical part that allows the moving parts of the machine to stop or slow down. Betweon seme gaps adjustding deviced, equipped with automatic braking to reduce the size and structure of the braking torque, brake is commonly on the shaft equipment, as well as the safety of high speed large equipment (such as mining cranes, elevators, etc.) should be installed in the part of the low speed shaft work equipment. This article determined the structure of the brake; Second, the relevant parameters are calculated and the strength of each parameter is verified. Draow assemebly drawaings and parots drawdings.
