ZF自動變速器傳動系統(tǒng)分析
摘要:變速器是汽車的重要組成部分之一,它是發(fā)動機(jī)傳遞動力的橋梁,變速器的好壞直接影響到汽車的燃油性能、汽車行駛過程中換擋的平順性,更是汽車穩(wěn)定性的重要保障之一。傳統(tǒng)的變速器一般為手動變速器,它是機(jī)械操作的,隨著科技的進(jìn)步,自動變速器的出現(xiàn),像現(xiàn)在比較普及的AT、AMT、CVT、DSG等自動變速器,它們的出現(xiàn)解決的駕駛汽車時換擋的操作步驟,換擋的操作步驟被自動變速器所取代,大大減少了駕駛汽車時的工作。同時變速器的好壞也決定了汽車行駛平順性、燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性、整車穩(wěn)定性等多方面,所以變速器成為汽車研究除發(fā)動機(jī)外最重要的構(gòu)件,現(xiàn)代計算機(jī)技術(shù)的普及與發(fā)展,使得我們在研究變速器方面更加能合理優(yōu)化,運用現(xiàn)代的計算機(jī)仿真技術(shù),合理的優(yōu)化變速器結(jié)構(gòu),使其達(dá)到我們理想要求,并在未來的汽車上我們將安裝更加高效穩(wěn)定的變速器。

Analysis of transmission system of ZF automatic transmission
Abstract:Transmission is one of the important parts of the automobile engine, it is a bridge to transfer power, transmission directly affects the performance of fuel cars, driving the process shift smoothness, is one of the important guarantee of the stability. General manual gearbox for a conventional gearbox, it is mechanical operation, with the progress of science and technology, automatic transmission, as it is now more popular AT, AMT, CVT, DSG automatic transmission, which appears to solve the car shift operation steps, operation steps shift is replaced by automatic transmission, greatly reduces the driving time of work. At the same time, the transmission quality also determines vehicle ride comfort, fuel economy, vehicle stability and other aspects, so the transmission become the most important component in engine research, development and popularization of modern computer technology, allows us to study the transmission more reasonable optimization, the use of computer simulation technology in modern times. Optimization of transmission structure reasonable, so as to meet the requirements of our ideals, and in the car of the future we will install the transmission more efficient and stable.
