摘 要
注塑成型工藝已經(jīng)在我國的農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)、及日常生活等方面廣泛的運(yùn)用。為探究注塑成型工藝及模具的設(shè)計(jì)制造,本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)通過參考相關(guān)書籍,結(jié)合生活實(shí)際,對注塑模具的生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)探究。
本文是關(guān)于電話機(jī)座注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)描述了整套模具的設(shè)計(jì)過程,正確分析塑件工藝特點(diǎn)和ABS材料的性能。主要內(nèi)容包括了對凸模,凹模,澆注系統(tǒng),脫模機(jī)構(gòu),選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件,設(shè)計(jì)非標(biāo)件的設(shè)計(jì)過程。在正確的分析材料的特點(diǎn)和塑件的工藝特點(diǎn)后,運(yùn)用CAXA、Solidworks等不同的軟件對塑件和模具的設(shè)計(jì),制造及質(zhì)量進(jìn)行分析。涉及模具結(jié)構(gòu)、強(qiáng)度、壽命計(jì)算及熔融塑料在模具中流動(dòng)預(yù)測等復(fù)雜的工程運(yùn)算問題;綜合運(yùn)用了專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、專業(yè)課知識(shí)設(shè)計(jì);其核心知識(shí)運(yùn)用多種專業(yè)知識(shí),如塑料成型模具、材料成型技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、塑料成型工藝、模具CAD\CAM等。

Abstract
Injection molding process has been widely used in China's agricultural、 industrial、 manufacturing、defense and other aspects of daily life. In order to explore the injection molding process and mold production process design and manufacturing process, this graduation design reference books, combined with real life, the production of injection molds for the entire design process detailed inquiry.
This article was about the phone mould design, based on the correct analysis of plastics technology characteristics and ABS material properties. A detailed introduction about the punch and die, gating system, the choice standard and demoulding mechanism design non-standard parts, parts of the design process was included in this paper. The problems were involved such as the mould structure, strength calculation, molten plastic, service life, and complex prediction of engineering operations, then mould design, manufacturing and quality were analyzed by using CAXA, Solid works and Mold flow software. The lid mould design compositivly applyed specialized knowledge, professional design and it's core knowledge is plastic molding,material molding technology ,mechanical design,plastic injection molding process, mould CAD/CAM,Mold flow,etc.
