分線盒的一模三用注塑模具設(shè)計【一模一腔側(cè)抽芯】
摘 要
分析降低塑料制件成本的方法,提出為了降低成本,將滿足一定條件的幾種規(guī)格形式的塑料制件用一副模具成型出來,就是一模多用模具;同時研究了一模多用注射模具三種形式的分類及條件,結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實例分析模具設(shè)計要點,模具巧妙結(jié)構(gòu)特點等。經(jīng)生產(chǎn)實踐證明,在一定的條件下,使用一模多用注射模具可以減少模具數(shù)量,降低成本,大大提高企業(yè)的市場競爭力。
本課題針對分線盒進行產(chǎn)品的模具設(shè)計,通過對塑件進行工藝分析和比較,根據(jù)制品的結(jié)構(gòu)及其用途性能,選擇塑料的牌號及注射模成型的方法;分析塑件的性能、尺寸精度及設(shè)計的有關(guān)注意事項;闡述塑料的性能、成型特性以及工藝參數(shù);根據(jù)模具材料選擇的具體原則,選擇模具各個部件的材料;本文重點討論了模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的詳細過程,最終各設(shè)計出一副注塑模。從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性和模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),對模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、分型面的選擇、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機的選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核都有詳細的分析設(shè)計說明。通過完成該課題設(shè)計,熟悉了塑料模具設(shè)計的一般方法和流程,較好的完成了任務(wù),實現(xiàn)了無紙化設(shè)計。通過整個畢業(yè)設(shè)計過程,進一步的加深了對注塑模具的了解,同時鞏固了對注塑模具的類型、結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理等的理性知識,以及在實踐中總結(jié)并掌握模具設(shè)計的關(guān)鍵要點和設(shè)計方法。

Abstract
Analysis of plastic parts to reduce the cost method,proposed in order to reduce costs,willmeet certain conditions,the specifications of several forms of plastic parts used by forming a mold,is amulti-use die;the same time a study on the use of injection-mold the three forms of classification and conditionsof production examples of die design elements,such as mold ingenious structural characteristics.The practice has proved that under certain conditions,the use of a multi-use injection mold can reduce thenumber of mold,reduce costs,and greatly enhance their market competitiveness.
This topic junction box for the product mold design,plastic parts through the process of analysis and comparison,According to the structure and USES performance products,choose the brand and injection mould plastic forming methods;Analysis the performance of plastic parts,size precision and design the attention,The performance,molding paper plastic characteristics and process parameters,This paper discusses the design of die structure,the final design of an injection mold. Product structure from the structure of the starting process and mold,the casting mold system,mold forming part of the structure,the choice of sub-surface,cooling system,the choice of injection molding machines and related parameters have a detailed analysis of the design check instructions. Through the entire process of graduation design,further deepened the understanding of injection mold,and consolidate the type of injection mold structure,working principle,etc,the rational knowledge,as well as in practice and grasp the key points and mould design design method.
