摘 要
C6150車床
C6150主軸箱是車床的主要基礎(chǔ)件和支承拌之一,也是較為典型、比較復(fù)雜、技術(shù)條件要求較為嚴(yán)格、廢品率較高的箱體類鑄件.其底部盛油不得滲漏,上部開口為箱口。床頭箱生產(chǎn)一直沿用傳統(tǒng)鑄造工藝方案,其鑄件澆注位置選擇箱口朝下,箱底朝上,分型面在鑄件中部最大截面處, 兩箱手工模板造型。鑄件內(nèi)腔由兩壁隔開三個(gè)空腔, 是由三個(gè)主型芯形成,落在下箱,術(shù)質(zhì)芯盒.手工制芯.該方案的長處在于主型芯較小,形狀較筒單,芯盒制造、制芯都較方便,型芯烘干和下芯位置也一樣,下芯、合箱都很方便。
本說明書對于C6150車床主軸箱進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),其中包括:
主傳動系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)動設(shè)計(jì)有:確定極限轉(zhuǎn)速、確定公比、確定轉(zhuǎn)速級數(shù)、確定結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)和結(jié)構(gòu)式、繪制轉(zhuǎn)速圖、確定齒輪齒數(shù)和擬定傳動系統(tǒng)圖。
主運(yùn)動部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)有:帶傳動的設(shè)計(jì)、確定各種計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)速、確定齒輪模數(shù)、確定各軸最小直徑和設(shè)計(jì)部分主軸主件。
設(shè)計(jì)完成后軸與軸承的校核:軸的校核主要通過軸頸、結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)動等計(jì)算出軸最大承受的力量,能夠正常工作的時(shí)間。軸承則通過與每根不同的軸的連接,確定要用的軸承,選出最好的軸承,最終確定軸和軸承是否達(dá)到要求。
其中最主要的部分則是主軸部件結(jié)構(gòu):C6150的主軸部件結(jié)構(gòu)的剖面部分是以前支撐為主,后支撐為輔的三支撐部件。前、中支撐分別是深溝球軸承和圓錐滾柱軸承,螺母通過蝶形彈簧來控制預(yù)緊力和補(bǔ)償熱膨脹。后支撐是一只單列向心球軸承,它在箱體支撐孔。

Abstract
