摘要：本文用簡(jiǎn)明的語(yǔ)言有側(cè)重的介紹了普通機(jī)床中C6140主軸箱的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程，先通過(guò)研究背景及選題意義的介紹，來(lái)引出本設(shè)計(jì)的意義。然后分別從參數(shù)擬定、傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)、傳動(dòng)件的估算和驗(yàn)算、各部件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和主軸組件的驗(yàn)算5個(gè)部分來(lái)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的。以齒輪、帶輪、皮帶輪、軸承、箱體等的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)為重點(diǎn)。

Abstract: This article has focused on using plain language introduction to the general machine tools in the design process of C6140 spindle, first by studying the background and significance of the topic's introduction, to elicit the significance of this design.
