ZLJ16擺臂式自裝卸垃圾車

ZLJ16擺臂式自裝卸垃圾轉(zhuǎn)運車是車,箱分離式的垃圾集運車輛,主要用于大中城市固體生活垃圾的收集和運輸,它是與城市固體垃圾成套轉(zhuǎn)運設備的的垃圾壓裝機配套使用的產(chǎn)品。松散垃圾經(jīng)垃圾壓裝機壓縮后,體積大為減小,然后再裝箱轉(zhuǎn)運,可有效提高轉(zhuǎn)運效率。

1.汽車底盤

2.自裝卸系統(tǒng)
自裝卸系統(tǒng)為順裝伸縮臂式,全液壓驅(qū)動,液壓系統(tǒng)壓力為32MPa。采用液控比例操縱(駕駛室內(nèi))和直接操縱(駕駛室外)2種操縱方式。自裝卸系統(tǒng)通過副車架安裝在汽車底盤的大梁上。自裝卸系統(tǒng)設有能夠反轉(zhuǎn)可伸縮的兩節(jié)箱“L”形伸縮臂以及舉升油缸和伸縮油缸,在車架的后上方的副梁上裝有一個穩(wěn)定油缸,用以提高整車的縱向穩(wěn)定性。

3.垃圾集裝箱
ZLJ16擺臂式自裝卸垃圾車配置的垃圾箱為帶“A”形提升架的專用垃圾集裝箱。接口尺寸采用DIN標準。箱體外側焊有梯形加強筋。垃圾箱下部焊裝有2條符合DIN標準的縱向耐用滑軌,與車尾兩側的承重滾輪相配合,可實現(xiàn)垃圾箱平滑省力的裝卸作業(yè)。垃圾箱后部設有可自動和手動開閉的掀臂式箱門。
