焊片沖孔落料彎曲模設(shè)計
摘 要
本設(shè)計題目為中焊片沖孔落料彎曲模設(shè)計。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計，進一步加強了設(shè)計者沖孔落料彎曲模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，為設(shè)計更復雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
本設(shè)計運用沖壓成型工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，介紹了模具設(shè)計時要注意的要點，并較多的考慮了模具結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整性、易更換性及模具成本。從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā)，對外殼沖孔切邊模的各主要尺寸進行了理論計算，以確定各工作零件的尺寸，從模具設(shè)計到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進行詳細的闡述，并應(yīng)用CAD進行各重要零件的設(shè)計。
