摘要
本文是對尺寸小，精度要求相對較高，工藝比較復雜，生產(chǎn)批量大的接觸片進行設(shè)計。在對接觸片結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性和材料加工工藝性正確分析的基礎(chǔ)上，采用敘述與計算相結(jié)合的方式，分別對級進模的沖孔、切口等工序進行了從材料的選擇到工作零件、定位零件、卸料零件、導向零件和安裝固定零件等進行了設(shè)計。在所有的工序中，翻邊工序的凸、凹模結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計是難點，本文提出了在級進模的最后一道工序中采用復合模加工的新思路，討論了思路的可行性，并對其進行了整體和局部的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。這種設(shè)計的思路有著良好的借鑒性。此級進模的設(shè)計，對以往的學習進行了一次綜合性的運用，對今后的工作也有相當大的指導意義。

ABSTRACT

This design has good ideas from nature. This progressive die design, the study of the past, carried out a comprehensive application, for the future work of a great guiding significance.
