摘 要
本題目的設計是典型端蓋沖裁復合模設計，設計體現(xiàn)了復合模設計的一般步驟、內(nèi)容、及模具向精密、高效的方向發(fā)展。通過本模具的設計，在加強模具基礎知識運用的同時，也讓生產(chǎn)與理論有了模擬的結(jié)合。
本倒裝復合模的設計，首先是根據(jù)制件的尺寸、精度要求，原坯料的性能以及該制件的生產(chǎn)批量等因素去考慮模具主要工作零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)、尺寸的制造精度。在確定模具主要零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)型式后，從考慮模具的結(jié)構(gòu)及模具在工作中各工序先后，去選擇或確定條料的定位、導向，廢料的排卸等機構(gòu)。
本模具的先后動作，不但要考慮到制件的形位精度、工人的操作方便，還要考慮到模具制造生產(chǎn)的可行性及生產(chǎn)設備的性能等生產(chǎn)條件的限制。在考慮這些主要因素后，設計出結(jié)構(gòu)較合理、操作簡單的模具。
