河南機電高等?？茖W(xué)校畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 I 摘 要 該設(shè)計為用 UG3.0 進行連接座注塑模具設(shè)計，體現(xiàn)了 UG3.0 在注塑模具設(shè)計 過程中的一般方法。通過該連接座產(chǎn)品模具的設(shè)計使設(shè)計者進一步鞏固了注塑模 基礎(chǔ)知識，熟悉使用 UG3.0 進行注塑模具設(shè)計的一般過程，提高了軟件運用能力。 設(shè)計過程中首先分析設(shè)計任務(wù)書中產(chǎn)品二維圖，對產(chǎn)品進行造型設(shè)計，然后 通過對產(chǎn)品的特征分析確定模具設(shè)計的思路。最后根據(jù)產(chǎn)品模型，運用 UG3.0 中 Moid Wizard 模塊對連接座模具進行設(shè)計。重點體現(xiàn)了 UG3.0/Moid Wizard 模塊 部分的應(yīng)用。 UG3.0/Moid Wizard 是針對注塑模具設(shè)計的一個過程應(yīng)用,它將型腔和模架庫 的設(shè)計統(tǒng)一到整個連接過程中，為設(shè)計模具的型腔、型心、滑塊、提升裝置和嵌 件提升高級建模工具,最終目的是快速、方便地建立與產(chǎn)品參數(shù)相關(guān)的三維實體 模具,并將之用于加工。 關(guān)鍵詞：UG3.0 注塑模具 建模 ABSTRACT The design for linking with UG3.0 Block Injection Mold Design, UG3.0 reflected in the injection mold design process in general.
