摘要:屏屏板工件采用沖孔落料級進(jìn)模制造，級進(jìn)模是一種工位多、效率高的沖模。在一副級進(jìn)模上，根據(jù)沖壓件的實(shí)際需要，按一定順序安排了多個(gè)沖壓工序（在級進(jìn)模中稱為工位）進(jìn)行連續(xù)沖壓?？傊?，級進(jìn)模比單工序模生產(chǎn)率高，減少了模具和設(shè)備的數(shù)量，工件精度較高，便于操作和實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化。對于特別復(fù)雜或孔邊距較小的沖壓件，用簡單?；驈?fù)合模沖制有困難時(shí)，可用級進(jìn)模逐步?jīng)_出。但級進(jìn)模輪廓尺寸較大，制造較復(fù)雜，成本較高，一般適用于大批量生產(chǎn)小型沖壓件。

But the level enters the mold overall size in a big way, manufacture complex, the cost is high, is suitable generally for the mass production small pressing part.
