摘 要
本文主要介紹了漱口杯注塑模設(shè)計(jì)，塑料成形工藝以及注塑的過程，也對注塑機(jī)也進(jìn)行了一些簡單的介紹。注塑模設(shè)計(jì)的主要過程有：塑料制品的工藝分析，型腔數(shù)目的確定，注塑機(jī)的選擇以及模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)包括：澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，成型零件設(shè)計(jì)，導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，側(cè)面分型機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，脫模機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，冷卻機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)以及排氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。本文設(shè)計(jì)的是一模兩腔三板式模具。由于漱口杯的特殊形狀，無法直接脫模，需設(shè)置側(cè)面分型機(jī)構(gòu)，本套模具是通過斜導(dǎo)柱進(jìn)行側(cè)面分型，本文對模具的各部分零件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算。本文對模具的工作原理和工作過程，以及模具的使用與保養(yǎng)也進(jìn)行了說明。本文給出了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)過程及裝配圖。

Through the oblioque lead post the mould machine was inclined the dividing type .all part of part in mould designed and calculates, And the design and laying position etc. introduced the principle and process of operation. And the maintenance and maintaining some requests of proposition to the mould .
