摘要
設計著重介紹了制件的成型工藝，及模具結(jié)構(gòu)設計。通過對制件的工藝分析，確定了工藝方案。并設計了一套正裝級進模具。在設計同時利用參考資料，確定了各工作零件的尺寸。并較多的考慮了模具結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整性、易更換性及模具成本。同時在模具設計內(nèi)容中融匯了沖壓模具的不同加工方法、加工工藝及裝配工藝，對初學沖壓模具模設計者有一定的參考價值。本設計從模具設計到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進行詳細的闡述，并應用CAD進行各重要零件的設計。

And many considerations mold structure adjustment, easy replacement and mold cost. Meanwhile has blended together the ramming mold different processing method in the mold design content, the processing craft and the assembly craft, to begins studies the ramming mold mold designer to have the certain reference value. This design designs from the mold to the spare part processing craft as well as the assembly craft and so on carries on the detailed elaboration, and carries on each important components using CAD the design.
