彎板沖壓彎曲模設計
摘要
本設計為彎板落料沖孔復合模及彎曲模設計。通過對該零件模具的設計，進一步加強了設計者沖壓模設計的基礎知識，為設計更復雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
本設計運用沖壓成形工藝及模具設計的基礎知識，首先分析了沖壓件的外形及用處性能要求，為選取模具的類型做好了準備；然后計算了沖壓力，便于選取壓力機；最后計算了制件的壓力中心，確定模具的設計參數(shù)、設計要點及推出裝置的選取。
設計復合模，首先要設計條件排樣圖。彎板展開后的形狀簡單。由于零件外形尺寸為自由尺寸對精度要求不高，為了提高材料的利用率減少沖裁力，雖然這時會使零件外形尺寸公差等級降低但是經(jīng)過籌兼顧，全面考慮。這里我們采用少廢料排樣。
凹模采用整體式凹模，各沖裁的凹?？拙捎镁€切割機床加工，安排凹模在模架上的位置時要依據(jù)計算壓力中心與模柄中心重合。
