彎曲件的沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘
內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者彎曲模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的彎曲模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用彎曲成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先分析了板材的性能要求，為選取模具的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后計(jì)算了彎曲件的彎曲力，便于選取壓力機(jī)噸位及確定壓力機(jī)型號(hào)；最后分析了彎曲件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及頂出裝置的選取。
本設(shè)計(jì)采用了八字?jǐn)[塊復(fù)合模成型件。復(fù)合模具有生產(chǎn)效率高，制件精度高等特點(diǎn)，特別適合大批量高精度生產(chǎn)。成型原理可劃分為兩個(gè)階段：首先，凸模與凹模共同作用成型U形件；凹模繼續(xù)下行，迫使擺塊左右擺動(dòng)動(dòng)作，U型件被再次彎曲成型，最后成型件，這種機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)作靈活可靠，設(shè)計(jì)方便，非常適合在本副模具中使用。

Bending stamping process and the mould design
Abstract：The requirement，content and direction of the design of the bending dies parts are embodied on this bending dies design. The designer’s foundation knowledge of the bending dies design is reinforced and is able to design more complex injection mould through the design.
Through the foundation knowledge, firstly, the composion and the perfourmance of the flat sheet is analyzed to choose the type of the mould. Secondly, the volume of the bend is estimated to choose the press molding machine and to detemine the type press machine and tonnage of press. Lastly the character of the part is analyzed to determine the mould design parameter and design point and choose the ejection assembly.
Swing block compound die is used in this design to form the part.the compound die can produce pierced blanks to close flatness and dimensional tolerances. Compound die’sproduce efficiency and part precision is hight. Especially fit for volume produce and hight precision produce.Moulding of the part is like this :Fist,behing punch and die’s together operation, the part is form to the fast bending ;die is going down, swing block is flogged to work, and the second bending is begin. At last, the part is form to part. So, it is adapted to be used on this mould extraordinarily.
