本設(shè)計(jì)題目為Z形彎曲模設(shè)計(jì)，體現(xiàn)了典型Z形彎曲模的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過(guò)對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者對(duì)彎曲模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的了解與掌握，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的彎曲模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用彎曲成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先分析了板材的性能要求，為選取模具的類(lèi)型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后計(jì)算了彎曲件的彎曲力，便于選取壓力機(jī)噸位及確定壓力機(jī)型號(hào)；最后分析了彎曲件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及頂出裝置的選取。
本設(shè)計(jì)采用了組合上下模成型Z形件，這種結(jié)構(gòu)能有效的防止坯料的偏移，成形機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)作靈活可靠，設(shè)計(jì)方便，非常適合在本副模具中使用。
