支板沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)題目為復(fù)合模具設(shè)計(jì)，體現(xiàn)了典型復(fù)合模具設(shè)計(jì)的要求，內(nèi)容與方向。通過(guò)對(duì)該零件的模具設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了我對(duì)沖裁模的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為以后接觸更復(fù)雜的模具奠定了一定的基礎(chǔ)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用了沖裁工藝與模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先了解了支件所用的材料及生產(chǎn)批量；再次分析支件的形狀及所要達(dá)到的精度要求，確定生產(chǎn)工藝方案及模具的結(jié)構(gòu)類(lèi)型；計(jì)算確定模具設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)，及卸料與推薦裝置的設(shè)置；最終制定模具的加工工藝規(guī)程及模具的裝配、調(diào)試過(guò)程。
