摘要
以中鉸鏈墊片零件為例，結(jié)合其模具設(shè)計特有工藝性，進(jìn)行了工藝性分析，并分析了成形過程的三種不同的沖壓工藝方案，從理論探討及實驗上提出了最佳工藝方案。介紹了模具設(shè)計要點、結(jié)構(gòu)分析、工作原理；并對模具的各部分主要尺寸進(jìn)行理論運算，以確定各沖模的尺寸；對沖裁模從設(shè)計到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述，簡要分析了模具關(guān)鍵零部件的設(shè)計及加工工藝。實踐證明，模具結(jié)構(gòu)能很好地滿足零件的精度要求，不僅模具結(jié)構(gòu)左右對稱，而且受力均勻。

Abstract
Taking wind machine hood as an instans,combining with its special of die design,the process analysis ,and three kinds of different stamping technique plans were analyzed, optimal processing plan and feasible forming die were obtained according to theoretical analysis and experiment. The critical points of die design are introduced, the theoretical calculation to the main dimensions of die are carried out so as to determine the size of different punching dies; the die design and the process of parts as well as the assembling process and drawing die are stated in details,the design and manufacture process of the key part of the die were also discussed in brief. Practical application showed,that the die structure could meet the require meet the spare parts accuracy ,not only are the die structure symmetrical,but also force condition.
