摘要：在給定傳動(dòng)比、扭矩、模數(shù)及行星輪個(gè)數(shù)的條件下進(jìn)行了行星減速器的總體方案設(shè)計(jì)、常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、輸出軸的工藝流程設(shè)計(jì)及繪制總裝圖和部分零件圖。
行星減速器的總體方案設(shè)計(jì)選用太陽(yáng)輪浮動(dòng)的均載機(jī)構(gòu)，太陽(yáng)輪通過(guò)單齒聯(lián)軸器與高速軸聯(lián)接實(shí)現(xiàn)浮動(dòng)，這種浮動(dòng)方法浮動(dòng)靈敏，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，易于制造，便于安裝。太陽(yáng)輪與齒輪聯(lián)軸器的外齒半聯(lián)軸套做成一體，內(nèi)齒輪設(shè)計(jì)成內(nèi)齒圈的結(jié)構(gòu)，行星架選用剛性較好的雙側(cè)板整體式結(jié)構(gòu)，與輸出軸法蘭式聯(lián)接，行星架與輸出軸通過(guò)兩個(gè)對(duì)稱布置得定位銷保證同軸度。齒輪聯(lián)軸器選用鼓形齒齒輪聯(lián)軸器，鼓形齒齒輪聯(lián)軸器允許兩軸線有較大角位移，相對(duì)承載能力較強(qiáng)，并且易于安裝調(diào)整。減速器齒輪采用油池潤(rùn)滑，軸承采用飛濺潤(rùn)滑。
根據(jù)總體設(shè)計(jì)方案和常規(guī)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算繪制總裝配圖以及太陽(yáng)輪、行星架、輸入軸、輸出軸的零件圖。
輸入軸的工藝流程設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)輸入軸進(jìn)行工藝分析，繪制零件圖；確定毛坯的制造形式；制定零件的機(jī)械加工工藝路線并填寫(xiě)工藝過(guò)程卡和工序卡。
