摘 要
本設計題目為薄鋼板沖壓成型工藝及模具設計。通過對該零件模具的設計，進一步加強了設計者沖壓模設計的基礎知識，為設計更復雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
本設計運用沖壓成型工藝及模具設計的基礎知識，介紹了模具設計時要注意的要點，并較多的考慮了模具結(jié)構的調(diào)整性、易更換性及模具成本。從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā)，對銅片沖壓成型工藝及模具的各主要尺寸進行了理論計算，以確定各工作零件的尺寸，從模具設計到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進行詳細的闡述，并應用CAD進行各重要零件的設計。
