摘要
沖壓是塑性加工的基本方法之一。沖壓是在室溫下，利用安裝在壓力機(jī)上的模具對材料施力，使其產(chǎn)生分離或塑性變形，從而獲得所需零件的一種壓力加工方法。級進(jìn)模具的優(yōu)點(diǎn)有：沖壓件質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，尺寸精度高，生產(chǎn)率高，成本低材料利用率高易得到復(fù)雜制件。
本畢業(yè)設(shè)計所要解決的問題是通過動畫的形式來闡述：用始用擋料銷定距的沖孔落料級進(jìn)模具的工作過程，和工作原理。使復(fù)雜的模具在動畫的表現(xiàn)下顯得很容易理解，并進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)和理解proe軟件的高級命令。
