隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,起重機(jī)更新?lián)Q代,在制造業(yè)中更是發(fā)揮著重要地位。龍門式可行走小型起重機(jī)是一種循環(huán)、間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)械,主要用于物品的裝卸。本設(shè)計(jì)是根據(jù)起重機(jī)的有關(guān)教材,實(shí)地考察及參考相關(guān)資料后,對(duì)其進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的。主要性能參數(shù)包括:提升量、工作跨度、起升高度以及工作速度等。
本次設(shè)計(jì)主要是對(duì)2噸龍門式可行走小型起重機(jī)的起升機(jī)構(gòu)和行走機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,并對(duì)起重機(jī)在國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展前景及起重機(jī)的的意義進(jìn)行研究。再設(shè)計(jì)中主梁的校核、材料的選擇以及行走機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)行要求較高和詳細(xì)計(jì)算。而且要對(duì)相關(guān)部件的作用、設(shè)計(jì)及選擇等的選擇做詳細(xì)論述,指出合理性性、重要性。在本次設(shè)計(jì)中設(shè)計(jì)CAD軟件的應(yīng)用,word文檔的編輯等
