水果分選機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要：本文分析了中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)外水果分級(jí)分選機(jī)的研究和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)未來(lái)進(jìn)行了展望，設(shè)計(jì)出了一種新型水果分級(jí)分選機(jī)構(gòu)。該水果分級(jí)分選機(jī)是由分級(jí)滾筒、傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)和電動(dòng)機(jī)組成。采用電動(dòng)機(jī)提供動(dòng)力，通過(guò)帶輪傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，將運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力傳送到直齒圓柱齒輪減速器，然后再通過(guò)鏈輪傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，將所需的運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力傳送至分級(jí)滾筒上，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)水果的分選。整個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單且易于操作，便于維護(hù)，提高了生產(chǎn)效率，降低了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，為實(shí)現(xiàn)水果加工機(jī)械化與規(guī)?；峁┝饲疤帷?

The design of fruit sorting machine
Abstract: This paper analyzes the present situation of the Chinese domestic and foreign fruit sorting machine research and development, on the future prospects, we design a new type of fruit sorting mechanism. The fruit sorting machine is composed of grading cylinder, transmission mechanism and a motor. The power provided by a motor, through a belt pulley transmission mechanism, the movement and power is transmitted to the straight tooth cylindrical gear reducer, and then through the chain wheel transmission mechanism, the required movement and power is transmitted to the classification on the drum, thereby we can realize the separation of fruit. The entire mechanism is simple and easy to operate, easy to maintain, improve production efficiency, reduce labor intensity, which help to achieve the fruit processing mechanization and scale and to provide the premise.
