摘 要
歷年來的豐產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)證明：抓緊夏季墾復(fù)荒山，加強(qiáng)熟山中耕培育，是保證全面油茶大豐收的主要關(guān)鍵。油茶地經(jīng)墾復(fù)后土壤疏松,保水保肥,促進(jìn)茶株根系發(fā)育,春季所發(fā)新梢數(shù)、梢長(zhǎng)、新葉數(shù)、花芽數(shù)分別比不墾復(fù)的增加48.5%、118.7%、11.5%和88?7%,而且茶籽千粒重增加0.7一3.3公斤,畝產(chǎn)量增加11.7一39.2公斤,增產(chǎn)15.7%一81.6%。所謂的墾復(fù)是指翻耕荒蕪的茶山而言，其目的在于：消除雜草灌木，促進(jìn)土壤風(fēng)化，故宜用深挖。墾復(fù)的深度視情況而定，一般７～８寸。本課題運(yùn)用制圖軟件對(duì)油茶墾復(fù)機(jī)中間傳動(dòng)進(jìn)行機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，其中包括中間傳動(dòng)，側(cè)邊的傳動(dòng)，旋轉(zhuǎn)鍬的設(shè)計(jì)。通過蝸輪蝸桿的變向?qū)?dòng)力傳到側(cè)邊，使用大小齒輪實(shí)現(xiàn)減速后傳給刀，既解決了側(cè)邊傳動(dòng)耕幅較小的問題，也實(shí)現(xiàn)了低速、高效率的墾復(fù)要求。
