摘 要
混合單元操作廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、醫(yī)藥、食品、粉末冶金、涂料、電子、軍工、材料等領(lǐng)域及新材料技術(shù)領(lǐng)域, 為保證固體粉末特別是對(duì)于有一定潮濕度和團(tuán)聚粘結(jié)傾向的半干粉料之間的均勻混合，混合機(jī)械設(shè)備的選擇至關(guān)重要。國產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)混合機(jī)基本上以采用上世紀(jì)80年代由合肥輕機(jī)（合肥中辰前身）引進(jìn)的日本三菱技術(shù)為主。但這一技術(shù)在大量產(chǎn)和自動(dòng)化控制上已經(jīng)顯出不足。隨著飲料工業(yè)的持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展，國內(nèi)企業(yè)對(duì)高端設(shè)備的需求也在不斷增加，且一直依賴進(jìn)口。為了改變這一局面，我國憑借多年的研究、制作混合機(jī)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，組織技術(shù)力量在廣泛學(xué)習(xí)國外最新技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上。從1990年至今，混合機(jī)從無到有，并逐漸形成規(guī)模生產(chǎn)，已廣泛應(yīng)用于生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中并且已有少量出口。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)混合機(jī)的混合速度快、混合效果好。
本次設(shè)計(jì)的行星運(yùn)動(dòng)螺旋式混合機(jī)主要用于粉體混合。它的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)有兩部分；一是通過三對(duì)錐齒輪傳動(dòng)的自轉(zhuǎn)部分，二是由一對(duì)直齒輪和一對(duì)蝸輪蝸桿傳動(dòng)的公轉(zhuǎn)部分。該機(jī)的機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，其主要設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容是傳動(dòng)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)，電動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇，減速器的設(shè)計(jì)，攪拌器的設(shè)計(jì)以及箱體的簡單設(shè)計(jì)。最后進(jìn)行總體的裝配，達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的要求，本設(shè)計(jì)說明書對(duì)其進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。

ABSTRACT
Mixers are widely used in high-tech fields of chemicals, medication, food industry, powder and metallurgy, paints, electronics, military and materials. In order to warrantee the mild blend between powder of humidity and half-dried with tendency of aggregative cohersion, it is critical to choose the right blending machine.Domestic quality mixers are basically to use the last century 80 's the Hefei light machine (predecessor of the Hefei zhongchen) introduced by Japan Mitsubishi technology . But this technique has shown less than in a lot of production and Automation control .With the sustained and healthy development of the beverage industry, domestic enterprises ' increasing demand for high-end devices, and has relied on imports.In order to change this situation, with many years of experience in research, production mixer, organizational technology in a wide range of study abroad on the basis of the latest technologies.From 1990 to the present, mixing machine from scratch, and gradually achieve scale production, has been widely applied in practice and has a limited number of exports.During the design process to achieve mixer mixing speed, blend well.
In this design the blending machine of spiral type with planetary motion is mainly used in blending different powders. There are two actuators in this machine, one is the autorotation driven by three pair of bevel gear, the other is the revolution driven by a pair of straight and worm gear transmission. And the main parts of this design are about the design of drive and decelerator, choose of motor, design of blender and box. In the end the assembly of whole parts and the requirement of design are elaborated.
